Client achievement is Shona’s priority. Her interactive and fun style encourages a great learning environment and her interventions are results-focused, bringing to the fore her own knowledge and that of her participants.
Shona created Neish Consultancy in 2010 and is delighted to be working with a wide variety of clients and team members.
Adele has finance and administration experience in several industries and she brings this to Neish Consultancy with her main focus on the customer experience.
She manages a variety of key processes from our bookkeeping, invoices and cash flow to being creative and managing all marketing aspects of the business.

Sean is a highly experienced practitioner in people development and has delivered at every level of a blue-chip organisation, across different sectors and countries. Along with experience Sean brings passion, excellence and creativity to make a difference to individuals and organisations with the single goal of assisting them to fulfill their potential and achieve success.
With a background in hospitality and customer service, Sue has subsequently worked for over 20 years with individuals and small and large organisations in the tourism, retail, engineering, broadcasting, health, charity and not for profit sectors.
An experienced trainer, coach and facilitator, she always challenges and encourages people to achieve their full potential. Her brain-friendly approach to learning guarantees that training sessions are lively and engaging – focusing on lasting results.
Vicki has over 15 years of hands-on HR experience serving organisations ranging from NHS, not for profit and the private sector. Vicki is ILM 7 qualified in Executive Coaching and MCIPD.
Vicki has worked with a number of senior management teams and has a passion for continued professional development. Vicki’s experience has included the design and delivery of numerous training programmes, operational redesign of process and generalist HR activities all supporting activity so that service demands are achieved.
Ian has a distinctive background as a senior leader in a university as well as broad experience as a management and leadership consultant. For over 15 years he has coached leaders in private, public and non-profit, always focused on the needs of both the individual and the organisation.
