Shona Neish 

Shona has over 20 years experience in a Global Blue Chip Company designing and delivering training and organisation interventions.

Learning is always implemented by discussions on how to implement learning in a practical way back in the workplace ensuring that the Leaders behaviour becomes embedded in their day to day life. Client achievement is Shona’s priority. Her interactive and fun style encourages a great learning environment and her interventions are results-focused, bringing to the fore her own knowledge and that of her participants.

Shona created Neish Consultancy in 2010 and is delighted to be working with a wide variety of clients and team members.                                                                                                                                                       


Craig McLoughlin

Having held a senior leadership position within a FTSE 100 company, Craig is a CIPD qualified learning and development professional with over 25 years’ experience in this field.

Areas of excellence include the facilitation of learning events and 1:1 coaching of managers at all levels. Craig creates an inclusive environment and uses quality questioning to allow learners the opportunity to work out answers for themselves. He can also draw on his extensive experience and knowledge to share useful ‘nuggets’.

Craig looks to utilise a range of methods and activities that appeal across all learning styles and places a priority on clarity of actions to be taken away.


Sarah Adderly

Sarah is an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with a background spanning the public, private and charity sectors. Following a 14-year career in policing, she specialises in leadership and management, change management and customer service training. She is CIPD Level 5 qualified and an Everything DiSC® Practitioner.

Sarah designs and delivers interactive, experiential learning programmes that enable leaders to build confidence, capability and practical skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.

Known for her energetic and engaging facilitation style, Sarah combines real-world experience with structured learning approaches to ensure sessions are both enjoyable and results-focused, leaving participants with clear actions and lasting impact.
