We offer Resilience Training and access to our Woo Line to help with resilience in the work place.

• Time to explore your own resilience
• Recognising when you and others need support
• Have tools and techniques to help you become more resilient
• A 'Wise Old Owl' line to discuss current challenges or issues that require immediate attention.
