Neish Consultancy delivers one to one coaching in support of individuals developing their leadership style. Using up-to-date methodology and working through real examples that the leader is currently experiencing, producing immediate results and feedback. Results include the leader being able to adapt their style when appropriate to each individual they are leading/managing, having confidence to make decisions and deal with all situations that occur when leading or managing people and continuous development in the effectiveness of their leadership style.

Neish Consultancy provides coaching as a one off intervention or over a period of time ensuring that the Leaders behaviour becomes embedded in their day to day life.

On a larger scale Neish Consultancy also supplies Organisation solutions working with Companies to improve behaviour of leaders, helping them to understand their impact and how they are perceived by others.

Neish Consultancy also designs and delivers Training and Development Solutions to individuals and organisations helping them to embed leadership styles, behaviours or new skills such as those required in a Performance Management Culture.
