Had the pleasure of trying out these positive me books last week. A positive me colouring book (which is extremely therapeutic) and a positive me journal of self-care & mindfulness activities.

The journal consists of activities, such as;
•Keeping track of your fruit & Veg intake
•Keeping track of your water intake 
•Meditation
•Keeping note of your weekly feelings
•Completing random acts of kindness
•Activities for the different senses
•Meal plan
And a whole load more of activities.

It’s a great way to find yourself and allows you the time to sit and think about YOU. It gives you great tips on how to live a healthier and happier lifestyle and turn negatives into positives.
