Shona Neish

Shona has over 20 years experience in a Global Blue Chip Company designing and delivering training and organisation interventions.

Learning is always implemented by discussions on how to implement learning in a practical way back in the workplace ensuring that the Leaders behaviour  becomes embedded in their day to day life. Client achievement is Shona’s priority. Her interactive and fun style encourages a great learning environment and her interventions are results focused, bringing to the fore her own knowledge and that of her participants.

Shona created Neish Consultancy in 2010 and is delighted to be working with a wide variety of clients and team members.

 

Adele Northwood

Adele has finance and administration experience in several industries and she brings this to Neish Consultancy with her main focus on the customer experience.

She manages a variety of key processes from our bookkeeping, invoices and cash flow to being creative and managing all marketing aspects of the business.

Adele has been with Neish Consultancy since we formed in 2010.

 

Jane Worthington

Jane is passionate about the learning and the development of people and has 17 years’ experience of delivering bespoke and academic programmes to meet the needs of private, public and third sector organisations in the UK and Qatar.

She believes that learning is fun and rewarding; especially the provision of good quality design and delivery which allows people in organisations to improve their attitudes and performance. Her learning programmes are designed and delivered with the audience in mind. Each programme is individually crafted and contextualised to the operating environment of the organisation. To ensure maximum impact, sessions take on the philosophy of lively learning, engagement and full audience participation. Feedback from participants cites Jane as being inspirational, motivational and isn’t afraid to challenge new ways of thinking and doing.

 

Sean Pratt

Sean is a highly experienced practitioner in people development and has delivered at every level of a blue chip organisation, across different sectors and countries. Along with experience Sean brings passion, excellence and creativity to make a difference to individuals and organisations with the single goal of assisting them to fulfill their potential and achieve success.

 

 

 

Sue Daly

With a background in hospitality and customer service, Sue has subsequently worked for over 20 years with individuals and small and large organisations in the tourism, retail, engineering, broadcasting, health, charity and not for profit sectors.

An experienced trainer, coach and facilitator, she always challenges and encourages people to achieve their full potential.  Her brain-friendly approach to learning guarantees that training sessions are lively and engaging – focusing on lasting results.

 

Vicki Brown

Vicki has over 15 years of hands-on HR experience serving organisations ranging from NHS, not for profit and the private sector.  Vicki is ILM 7 qualified in Executive Coaching and MCIPD.

Vicki has worked with a number of senior management teams and has a passion for continued professional development. Vicki’s experience has included the design and delivery of numerous training programmes, operational redesign of process and generalist HR activities all supporting activity so that service demands are achieved.

 

Ian Roberts

Ian Roberts 1

Ian has a distinctive background as a senior leader in a university as well as broad experience as a management and leadership consultant. For over 15 years he has coached leaders in private, public and non-profit, always focused on the needs of both the

individual and the organisation.

One of Ian’s clients best described him as: “marrying intuition and creativity with pragmatism, courage and business acumen…yet, underlying this sophisticated methodology is the essence of his work: his extraordinary empathy”.

 

Philip Wass

Phil worked at a very senior management level in high volume manufacturing for many years and therefore fully understands the day to day commercial pressures that modern businesses operate under and has been a full time health and safety practitioner for 15 years.

Phil is NEBOSH certificate and Diploma qualified and has an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Loughborough University. He is also a Charted Health and Safety Practitioner (CMIOSH) and is listed on the Governments approved list of health and safety consultants (OSHCR).

 

Penny Strutton

Penny’s ability to listen, empathise and understand the wider context of individual and organisational situations ensures clients really do receive the highest quality coaching. Her enquiring nature helps challenge people in a non-confrontational manner, helping them see their situation, options and opportunities from different perspectives.

Penny is 100% motivated by results so works supportively with clients to truly help them achieve their goals. Penny qualified with a Personal Performance Diploma in Coaching from the Coaching Academy and works with a coach to ensure she too is able to be challenged and achieve her own goals.
